Job Description

Kinetic is in partnership with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company who's looking to hire an experienced Business Unit Director.

The role will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth, maximizing the value of current and future assets, and delivering successful product launches across the region.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the business strategy across the Gulf market
Drive P&L performance, business growth, and commercial excellence
Translate market trends, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and evolving treatment landscapes into actionable strategies
Lead and integrate sales and marketing strategies
Drive successful product launches and lifecycle management
Lead cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing and diverse team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
Significant senior-level commercial leadership experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Extensive oncology experience is essential
Strong scientific understanding of oncology, including disease biology, treatment paradigms, clinical data, and evolving treatment landscapes
Proven P&L ownership and commercial leadership experience
Strong understanding of Gulf healthcare systems, market access dynamics, payer environments, and regulatory frameworks
