Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Unit Director to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies across multiple digital platforms. This role is essential in helping our clients build strong brand presence and meaningful consumer connections. The ideal candidate will be a strong strategic thinker with deep digital expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovation.

A typical day includes:

- Partner with clients to identify strategic priorities and optimize their digital presence across platforms.

- Develop and guide holistic marketing strategies grounded in consumer insights and market data.

- Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives from planning through execution.

- Act as a quality gatekeeper by reviewing and approving major strategic deliverables.

- Elevate our digital offering through innovation, internal training, and cross-agency collaboration.

- Lead the strategic planning process across key accounts and support the new business function as needed.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data-driven, creative, and actionable solutions.

- Drive thought leadership and advocate for best practices in digital and integrated planning.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience of at least 10 years within a similar role in an agency

- Visionary leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.

- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

- Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep industry knowledge and adaptability.
