Job Purpose:
The Butler / VIP Housekeeper will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service within a high-profile private residence, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the household while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Provide personalized service to principals and guests, ensuring a seamless and luxury residential experience.
- Oversee daily household operations and coordinate with housekeeping, culinary, security, and maintenance teams.
- Manage formal and informal dining service, including table setting, food and beverage service, and event support.
- Organize and prepare the residence for family arrivals, departures, meetings, and special occasions.
- Maintain inventories of household supplies, luxury items, and guest amenities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and personal requests as required.
- Ensure the residence is maintained to impeccable standards at all times.
- Supervise and support household staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Luxury Service, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Butler, Head Butler, or in luxury hospitality within private households, royal residences, VIP families, Yachts, or 5-star hotels.
- Formal butler training from a recognized institution is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of international etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards.
