About The Role
The Butler provides personalized, discreet, and high-end service to assigned guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable luxury stay. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, managing special requests, and delivering exceptional personalized services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized butler services to VIP and assigned guests
- Handle guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B for guest needs
- Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
- Arrange dining, transportation, and in-room experiences
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, coffees, and specialty drinks
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred
- 2–4 years experience as Butler or in luxury hotel guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, grooming, and discretion
- Knowledge of VIP service standards in luxury hotels
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Additional languages highly preferred: Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic
