About Our Client

Our client is a global aviation services company that provides luxury services for private aviation.

We're looking for a Butler who will be responsible for providing high-quality service to the FBO visitors and passengers as they enter the Terminal until they reach the aircraft. The Butler will be the first point of contact with all customers and are therefore due to represent the company brand and image in an elegant and seamless manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Must provide excellent guest experience to all passengers by maintaining a professional and outgoing demeanor, and deliver personalized and proactive service to esteemed individuals and their guests.
  • Anticipating passengers needs while waiting and extend a warm and professional welcome to arriving guests/passengers.
  • Assist passengers with carrying their hand luggage and personal belongings.
  • Prior inspection and adequate arrangements of lounges at FBO4 terminal.
  • Providing passengers with personalized service.
  • Oversee the operation of VIP lounges, ensuring they are well-maintained and provide a comfortable and exclusive environment for clients.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for passengers, offering information on airport services, local amenities, attractions, and fulfilling specific requests.
  • Provide tailored assistance to clients, catering to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Having a thorough understanding of all VIP Terminal amenities for passengers.
  • Collaborating with all departments (guest experience, housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet the needs of passengers.
  • Escorting the passengers from the lounge up to Departure gate until the aircraft if gulf parking permits.
  • Must wear and maintain a professional uniform supplied by the company.
  • Maintains the privacy of passengers information and activities.
  • Assist in tasks at event related work including exhibitions/shows/photoshoots and coordinating maintenance both exterior and interior of the VIP terminal.
  • Other duties assigned by Line Manager.

  • Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
  • The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care, and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Official certification.
  • 2+ experience in the Hospitality industry, knowledge of another language is preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Intermediate IT skills (MS Office database management)
