Job Description

Brief Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) frameworks and ensure their effective implementation across the organisation. The ideal candidate will engage with stakeholders and lead initiatives to optimize C&B processes.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyse current C&B policies and processes for effectiveness. Design, develop, and implement innovative C&B programmes in collaboration with key stakeholders. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure consistency in payroll operations and processes. Oversee the review, updating, and communication of HR policies, including the Employee Handbook. Manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure adherence to contractual obligations related to benefits programmes. Serve as the key user for the management of Leave & Payroll Portal and Personnel Data Management systems. Facilitate processing of claims and payments, including CPF, statutory leave, and exit settlements. Lead engagement efforts with the union for collective agreement renewal every three years. Responsible for performance appraisal processes and data management related to position changes and promotions. Conduct annual salary benchmarking and manage salary proposals for new hires. Handle tax clearance for local and expatriate employees. Lead internal and external audits pertaining to C&B and compliance surveys. Support ad-hoc HR projects as directed by the HR Director.

Requirements

  • University degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). Ability to analyse and contextualize data for stakeholder reporting. Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, ProSoft) is a beneficial asset. Strong understanding of the Employment Act and HR best practices. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
