Job Summary:
Join a technology-driven engineering team to develop high-performance software solutions that enhance automation, precision control, and manufacturing efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for semiconductor equipment, including motion control, data acquisition, and process automation.
- Collaborate with hardware and mechanical engineering teams to integrate software with precision electronic and mechanical systems.
- Develop and enhance Windows-based software for high-speed, high-precision manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct software testing, debugging, validation, and performance optimization to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Implement and support machine learning, computer vision, and AI-based solutions to improve manufacturing processes where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity requirements, and data integrity protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on software scalability, maintainability, and operational performance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and provide training and technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to workplace safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in software development, preferably within the semiconductor, automation, or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in C++ programming for Windows-based systems, automation applications, or user interface development.
- Knowledge of motion control systems, equipment automation, or industrial software development is advantageous.
- Understanding of data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or computer vision technologies is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
