Role Description This is a full-time C1 English Cold Caller role based in Qesm El Maadi, offered in a hybrid model that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The cold caller will contact prospective customers by phone, introduce company services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings as needed. Daily tasks include following call scripts and campaign guidelines, updating CRM systems with accurate call notes and lead information, and meeting individual and team performance targets. The role also involves handling basic objections, gathering feedback from prospects, and collaborating with supervisors to refine outreach strategies. The cold caller will maintain a professional tone, adhere to quality standards, and support continuous improvement of the calling process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English at C1 level, including clear speaking, active listening, and confident phone presence.
- Sales and customer outreach abilities, such as cold calling, lead qualification, basic objection handling, and relationship building.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, including logging calls, updating records, and working with contact databases.
- Time management and organization skills to handle call lists, follow-up schedules, and performance targets efficiently.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or contact center environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Qesm El Maadi, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, and a self-driven work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
