Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work partly from home. As a C1 English Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support in English via phone, email, or chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Additional duties may include maintaining records of customer interactions and collaborating with team members to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and creating positive Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience by understanding and addressing needs effectively
  • Proficiency in English at the C1 level with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort with using digital communication tools and customer support systems
  • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (partially remote and from the Cairo office)
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
