Role Description

FlairsTech is seeking a highly motivated C1 English Inbound Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves communicating with prospects and existing customers to identify their needs, managing inbound sales inquiries, and converting leads into clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing inside sales activities, processing orders, maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service, and building sustainable customer relationships to foster account growth.

  • Upselling skills
  • C1 English
  • Ready to start immediately this week
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Order Processing and managing client transactions
  • Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships and manage accounts effectively
  • C1-level proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
