Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English Telesales Specialist (B2C) & Business Development Representative (B2B) based in Qesm El Maadi. Some work-from-home flexibility is offered. Key responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound sales calls, fostering client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and handling customer inquiries. The specialist will also provide top-tier customer service, liaise with cross-functional teams for seamless client support, and contribute to achieving sales and business development goals.
