C1 English Travel Advisor (Sabre experience)

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a C1 English Travel Advisor, you will assist customers with travel arrangements, including bookings, reservations, and itinerary planning, while using the Sabre system. Your daily responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will provide outstanding customer service through effective communication and support, maintaining professionalism and efficiency at all times.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure exceptional client experiences
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in English at the C1 level
• Expertise in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations, including booking and managing travel plans
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Sabre or other travel management systems
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of the travel industry or prior experience in a similar role is a plus
