The Cabin Crew Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the cabin crew operations within a dynamic airline environment. Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in airline or cabin crew management.
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership in a service-oriented environment, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations and compliance, including but not limited to ICAO and FAA standards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement training programs tailored to improve cabin crew performance and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in recruitment, selection, and retention strategies for cabin crew personnel.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills to handle crew-related issues and passenger complaints effectively.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to monitor performance metrics and inform operational improvements.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments in a fast-paced airline operation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day cabin crew operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and service standards established by the airline.
  • Lead and mentor cabin crew members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance crew skills in safety protocols, emergency situations, and customer service excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of cabin crew personnel, providing constructive feedback and establishing performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including flight operations and ground services, to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Handle complex scheduling issues, ensuring optimal crew assignments while adhering to regulatory rest requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets for cabin crew-related expenditures, ensuring alignment with overall corporate financial goals.
  • Address crew-related grievances and passenger complaints with a focus on resolution and improvement of service delivery.
  • Continuously assess and refine cabin crew operational processes in response to changing industry standards or customer expectations.
  • Act as a key representative of the airline in public interactions, promoting a positive image and reinforcing company values.
