Conduct site walks and measurements to verify space usage, layouts and equipment locations.
Check actual site conditions against existing floor plans and drawings.
Mark up drawing discrepancies and support basic AutoCAD drawing updates.
Assist in updating floor plans, equipment layouts and site validation records.
Collect and verify room, space and equipment information from relevant stakeholders.
Support preparation and checking of space data for facilities management systems.
Maintain proper records of drawings, documents, trackers and validation information.
Coordinate with internal teams and external drafting vendors on required drawing updates.
Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Building Services, Built Environment or related discipline preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Able to read and understand floor plans and technical drawings.
Experience in CAD drafting, drawing mark-ups or layout updates.
Experience with commercial, industrial or healthcare interior/layout drawings is preferred.
Comfortable conducting onsite verification and measurements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders.
