Position Overview
A vacancy exists within the Golf Operations Department for the position of Golf Operations Attendant / Caddy Attendant at a premium golf facility in Abu Dhabi.
This role plays a key part in delivering a first-class golf experience by ensuring all operational areas and facilities are presented to the highest standard, while providing exceptional service to members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the presentation and preparation of:
- • Driving range
- • Short game area
- • Members range
- • Golf carts
- • Bag drop area
- • Bag storage and cart return area
- Maintain a smart, professional appearance at all times in line with the company's grooming and dress standards.
- Consistently deliver high levels of service to achieve excellent results in the 59Club Mystery Shopper Program.
- Assist members and guests with:
- • Transportation of golf bags
- • Assignment of range bays
- • Golf cart assistance
- • General golf services and support
- Perform delegated tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
- Follow and adhere strictly to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate effectively with members and guests, ensuring a warm and friendly service experience.
- Represent the golf club professionally and uphold its service standards at all times.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and understood)
- Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented personality
- Well-groomed and professional presentation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous golf or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory
