We are seeking an experienced and passionate Caf Manager to lead operations in a high-end caf environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in specialty coffee or luxury dining, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining premium service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily caf operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Maintain high standards in coffee quality, presentation, and service
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Caf Manager or similar role in specialty cafs, luxury cafs, or fine dining restaurants
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and caf operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Presentable, detail-oriented, and service-driven
- Male/ Arabic
- Experience in Qatar or GCC is an advantage
