Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Caf Manager to lead operations in a high-end caf environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in specialty coffee or luxury dining, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily caf operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Maintain high standards in coffee quality, presentation, and service
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Drive sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Caf Manager or similar role in specialty cafs, luxury cafs, or fine dining restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and caf operations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
  • Presentable, detail-oriented, and service-driven
  • Male/ Arabic
  • Experience in Qatar or GCC is an advantage
