Job Description
Prepare, follow up, and validate the weekly duty roster and daily time sheets for the floor staff.
Supervise and actively participate in both kitchen coordination and front-of-house dining area activities to ensure seamless operations.
Train service staff and handlers in line preparation, order assembly, guest service etiquette, and strict sanitation and safety procedures.
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and servers engaged in guest service.
Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service quality for all clients.
Good knowledge & experience in using POS system.
Issue Customer Documentation: Generate and hand out accurate invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
Minimum two to three years of experience as Supervisor in a catering company or hospitality setting, with specific knowledge of high-volume line service and table service management.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer.
