Job Description

Responsibility for the general data management of the CAFM (Oracle)

Responding to all operational quires raised by internal and external clients

Monitoring of the operational effectiveness of the organization through the use of established performance measurement techniques, including KPI's.

Liaising and assisting IT with FMS business process analyses, requirement gathering, testing and implementation of CAFM systems and processes.

Monitoring manpower of FMS and reconciliation of resources as per the approved Organizations charts.

Monitoring and managing vehicle fleet for company.

Set controls and manage the requirements by verifying the quantity and proper usage of grocery and Stationery.

Manage and assist with employment leave administration.

Overall responsibility of staff appraisal process in every year for the assigned contracts/department as required

Liaise with HR, Finance, and HSEQ related activities.

Liaison & Administration of staff recruitment, induction, training, disciplinary, termination, official travel process etc.
