Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in CAFM/CMMS management.
• Hands-on experience with CAFM systems, preventive maintenance planning, asset management, work order management, SLA monitoring, and KPI reporting.
• Experience in implementing and managing CAFM solutions for large Facilities Management projects.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
