Job Title: CAFM / Maximo Operator

Job Purpose
The CAFM Operator / Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for logging and managing day-to-day service requests (SRs) reported by our team in the computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. The role also involves tracking progress, generating reports, and providing general administrative support as required. This position ensures timely response to facilities-related issues and supports efficient operations through accurate documentation and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately raise and log Service Requests (SRs) in the CAFM system based on issues reported by our internal teams.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on all open SRs to ensure timely resolution and compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to work orders, SR status, response times, and overall performance.
- Coordinate with relevant teams or vendors to escalate unresolved or urgent issues.
- Maintain records and ensure proper documentation of facilities-related activities and service histories.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, preparing communication, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records as and when required.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of CAFM usage and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or university degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Prior experience working with CAFM software is preferred and will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in facility management or administrative coordination is desirable.
