Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent - Arabic Account, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Call Center Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining accurate records and delivering prompt support while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor during interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction through efficient problem-solving
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and communication abilities
  • Basic to advanced Computer Literacy
  • Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English is essential
  • Previous experience in a call center or similar customer-facing role is an advantage
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and adaptability
