Role Description

We are seeking a Call Center Agent (Collections) for a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for contacting individuals regarding outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and meeting collection targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Familiar with UAE debt collection practices
• Must have own sponsor visa
• At least 1 year of bank collection experience (UAE preferred)
