Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Agent with fluent English communication skills to handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients. The role requires delivering excellent customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining high quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in fluent English with professionalism and clarity
  • Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
  • Follow call center scripts, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain a positive customer experience and professional tone at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills (mandatory)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO environment is preferred
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

  • Experience with international accounts
  • Neutral or near-native English accent
  • Multitasking and time-management skills
  • Sales or upselling experience (if applicable)
