Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Agent with fluent English communication skills to handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients. The role requires delivering excellent customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining high quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in fluent English with professionalism and clarity
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Follow call center scripts, processes, and compliance requirements
- Maintain a positive customer experience and professional tone at all times
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills (mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO environment is preferred
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
