The Role

You will be the first point of contact for patients enquiring about our aesthetic treatments by phone, WhatsApp, and web leads. Your goal is to understand what each patient wants, explain the right treatment clearly, and book them in.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and website leads promptly and professionally
• Make outbound follow-up calls to new, unconverted, and returning leads
• Consult patients on treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, body fillers, and Endolift, and book consultations
• Meet monthly booking and revenue targets
• Upsell and cross-sell packages and complementary treatments where appropriate
• Log every lead, call outcome, and booking accurately in the CRM
• Send appointment reminders and reduce no-shows through confirmation calls
• Coordinate with doctors and front desk to manage schedules smoothly

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Dubai in a call center, patient coordinator, or sales role at an aesthetic clinic
• Proven track record selling Botox, fillers, body fillers, and Endolift
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written (mandatory)
• Strong phone sales, objection handling, and closing skills
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business
• Target-driven, well-presented, and patient-focused
• Open to male and female candidates
