Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate inquiries
- Contact and qualify leads generated from multiple sources (portals, campaigns, walk-ins, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead information in the CRM system
- Follow up with potential clients and schedule appointments for sales advisors
- Provide accurate information about properties, projects, pricing, and locations
- Ensure proper lead allocation and timely follow-ups
- Maintain high-quality standards while handling leads and customer data
- Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and call center standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Call Center Agent in Dubai Real Estate
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate portals
- Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate projects and developers
- Experience in outbound sales or telesales
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills
