Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate inquiries
  • Contact and qualify leads generated from multiple sources (portals, campaigns, walk-ins, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead information in the CRM system
  • Follow up with potential clients and schedule appointments for sales advisors
  • Provide accurate information about properties, projects, pricing, and locations
  • Ensure proper lead allocation and timely follow-ups
  • Maintain high-quality standards while handling leads and customer data
  • Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and call center standards

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a Call Center Agent in Dubai Real Estate
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate portals
  • Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate projects and developers
  • Experience in outbound sales or telesales
  • Strong customer service and follow-up skills
