Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Call Center Representative. The successful candidate will handle incoming customer calls, identify and address customer inquiries and concerns, and provide excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include handling complaints professionally, resolving issues efficiently, and documenting interaction details accurately in the system. Ensuring a positive customer experience will be a top priority.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and resolve customer inquiries
  • Basic to proficient Computer Literacy to manage customer information and utilize company systems
  • Ability to stay calm and manage conflict or complaints professionally
  • Prior experience in similar roles and knowledge of automotive services will be an added advantage
