Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Customer Support Representative. The role involves assisting customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with the company's products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing real-time customer service, identifying and troubleshooting challenges, and working collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a strong focus on maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact effectively with a diverse customer base
  • Ability to perform Troubleshooting and problem-solving to address customer issues promptly and efficiently
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage challenging customer situations
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with common operational challenges
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
