We're hiring Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling) at eClerx Egypt.
*Position Details:*
Customer Care Executive US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling)
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to US-based customers.
*Net Salary:* 18,000 EGP
Performance Bonus:* Up to 48K EGP annually (based on KPIs)
*Rotational shifts,* including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*Requirements:*
Fluency in English (B1+/B2 Level )
Bachelor's degree preferred
*Location* : eClerx Egypt Office,Technolgical park Maadi
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Call Center Specialist located in New Cairo. The Specialist will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone and other communication channels. Daily tasks include efficiently managing customer calls, offering solutions, maintaining records of customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Experience
Professional Phone Etiquette and superior communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to assisting customers
Capability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
High school diploma or equivalent qualification (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proficiency in using call center software or CRM tools is a plus
Previous customer service or call center experience is highly desirable
Proficiency of English level from (B1+/B2)
