Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Manager role based in Cairo. The Call Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting performance goals. Responsibilities will include managing and training the call center team, monitoring key performance indicators, addressing customer concerns to improve satisfaction, and implementing strategies for enhanced service quality. The manager will also analyze data to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction management and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Experience in Contact Center Management and implementing operational strategies
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
  • Capability in Team Management and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with team members and customers effectively
  • Proven leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
