Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Call Center Representative. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, and providing prompt and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. The representative will be responsible for accurately logging customer interactions and ensuring a positive experience, while adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills, with a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including navigating multiple systems and managing information efficiently
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Fluency in English at B1+ to B2 level, with effective verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory
