Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Concentrix. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and fluency in French and English, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product information and solutions to customers

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

- Bilingual (French B2/English B1)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus

- Salary: 31,000 EGP Gross

- Paid training
