Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.

• Provide accurate information about the company's real estate projects.

• Understand clients needs and handle inquiries professionally.

• Generate and qualify leads and follow up with potential clients.

• Record and update customer information in the CRM system.

• Maintain professional communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 1–2 years of experience in Call Center or Tele sales.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English.

• Good computer skills and ability to use CRM systems.

• Heliopolis residents are preferred.

Work Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
