About the Job

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Call Center / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Olaya.

The main responsibility of this role is handling incoming calls and assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Provide accurate information about company services.

Direct calls to the appropriate departments when needed.

Record call details and maintain accurate documentation.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction.

Requirements & Skills:

Excellent communication skills.

Professional phone etiquette.

Ability to handle calls calmly and efficiently.

Basic computer skills.

Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus).

Presentable and professional attitude.

Experience:

01 year of experience in call center or customer service (Fresh graduates are welcome).
