Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups when needed
- Provide accurate and complete information using company tools
- Handle complaints calmly and offer solutions within set timelines
- Keep records of interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow company procedures and guidelines
- Escalate issues to the right department when necessary
- Meet individual performance targets and support overall team goals
