Job Title - Contact Centre Agent -


Type -Long Term



Work Location - Dubai


 



 Key Responsibilities:




  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally





  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups when needed





  • Provide accurate and complete information using company tools





  • Handle complaints calmly and offer solutions within set timelines





  • Keep records of interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents





  • Follow company procedures and guidelines





  • Escalate issues to the right department when necessary





  • Meet individual performance targets and support overall team goals




Preferred Skills & Traits:




  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
