Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Call Center Sales Manager. The Call Center Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a contact center, leading a team of sales representatives to achieve performance targets. Responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction, training and coaching team members, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. Additionally, the role involves improving processes and strategies to enhance team productivity and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
  • Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership.
  • Proficiency in managing operations within Contact Centers.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales management or a related role is a plus.
