At Octane, Call Center & Live Operations Specialist are at the heart of delivering seamless, real-time experiences to our users. As a
Call Center & Live Operations Specialist, you will be responsible of handling inbound customer calls as the primary daily responsibility while ensuring smooth operational support through transaction monitoring, issue resolution, communication management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires maintaining service quality, investigating transaction discrepancies, and providing timely support across multiple communication channels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally while maintaining service quality standards.
- Monitor and investigate operational and transaction-related issues, including discrepancies, validation requests, and duplicate transactions.
- Manage communications across multiple channels (calls, emails and WhatsApp) and ensure timely responses and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments, stations, and business partners to resolve operational concerns and support business continuity.
- Maintain accurate documentation, case records, and communication logs in line with company procedures.
- Escalate complex or critical issues when necessary and follow through until resolution

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several communication channels simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational incidents efficiently.
