Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and articulate English Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Egypt! In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service to our clients across various banking products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns related to banking products and services.
  • Accurately process customer transactions and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working to de-escalate situations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold strict data security and confidentiality protocols.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Egyptian residency is a must.
  • B2 level English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
