This role drives proactive customer engagement and sales by executing structured call plans, managing customer data, providing support and product training, coordinating orders and merchandising activities, and ensuring effective implementation of promotions to build strong relationships and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Call Planning
- Develop and follow a monthly call plan respecting call frequency and quality standards.
- Achieve daily call targets across phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring timely and effective interactions.
- Maintain and update customer database regularly.
- Follow scripts and ensure compliance to deliver efficient customer support.
- Achieve sales targets while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Understand customer needs, handle objections, and provide solutions.
- Process orders accurately in coordination with the distributor team.
- Expand the customer database and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Build customer relationships and ensure loyalty through follow-ups and engagement.
- Support in-store visibility and sell-out activities with the merchandising team.
- Deliver product knowledge training to customers.
- Monitor stock levels and expiries to avoid shortages or returns.
- Track market data and ensure proper execution of promotional programs.
Requirements
- Education/Degree: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or PR Background
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Tele Sales Experience.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Familiar with CRM system, Excellent phone and verbal communication, Sales ability via phone or video calls, Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
