Role Description This full-time Call Center Specialist role is an on-site position based in New Cairo. The Call Center Specialist will handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide accurate information about services, procedures, and appointments. Responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, documenting interactions in the system, and routing calls to appropriate departments when needed. The role involves addressing patient concerns, following up on requests, and ensuring a positive, professional experience in every interaction. The Call Center Specialist will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient operations and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service abilities.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Experience or familiarity with Contact Centers, call handling systems, and performance metrics.
- Solid Computer Literacy, including the use of CRM or appointment systems and basic office software.
- Ability to manage high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Attention to detail, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Prior experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or a patient-facing environment is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
