Role Overview

We are currently urgently hiring English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in New Cairo.

In this role, you will manage customer inquiries via phone, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times.

The position requires flexibility to work rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.

This role also offers upselling opportunities with incentives of up to $60 per sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

• Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems

• Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and processes

• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Candidate Requirements

• English level: B2 or above (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work rotational shifts

• No prior experience required — full paid training is provided

• Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply

What We Offer

• Net salary: 18,000 EGP (including KPIs)

• Upselling incentives: up to $60 per sale

• Overnight allowance: 90 EGP per hour for shifts starting from 6:00 PM

• Overtime pay: $5 per hour
