Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor based in Al Aqilah, Kuwait. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the call center, manage a team of representatives, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, addressing escalated issues, analyzing call metrics, training team members, and implementing strategies to meet performance goals. The role involves collaborating with other departments to improve customer service processes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and Team Management abilities to lead and motivate a high-performing team
  • Proficiency in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and handling customer inquiries or concerns efficiently
  • Analytical Skills to monitor and interpret call center metrics and data to drive improvements
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in a call center environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
  • Proficiency in call center software and customer relationship management tools is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively while meeting performance targets
