Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Call Center Supervisor. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate the call center team, monitor performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met, and maintain high customer satisfaction standards. The role includes developing team members skills through coaching and training, managing schedules, and addressing escalated customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in managing, coaching, and mentoring teams
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to foster a customer-centric culture
  • Effective Team Management and ability to organize workflows, manage schedules, and motivate team members
  • Background for medical facility hospitals or clinics
  • Gulf experience specially Saudi Arabia
  • Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to convey clear instructions and interact with diverse groups of people
  • Strong Analytical Skills to monitor and evaluate performance metrics and implement solutions for operational improvements
  • Understanding of call center operations and relevant KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and make data-driven decisions
