  • Mandatory – 2-3 years of Call Centre experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury customer service environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems accurately.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (KPIs, SLAs, CSAT).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, stores, e-commerce) to resolve customer concerns.
