Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Call Listing Specialist will be responsible for managing and organizing call lists, actively reaching out to potential clients or customers, and accurately maintaining related records in company systems. The role involves fostering relationships over the phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling follow-up calls, and delivering excellent communication to achieve targets. Collaboration with team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes is essential.

Qualifications
  • Professional expertise in Customer Interaction, Communication, and Telemarketing skills
  • Experienced in Record Management, Scheduling, and Administrative Efficiency
  • Proficient in Multitasking, Organization, and Verbal Communication
  • Strong ability to use a CRM platform or adaptable to learn new CRM systems quickly
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Ability to effectively handle diverse customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Prior experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or call center environment is highly beneficial
  • Display of problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to meet targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is an advantage
