Calypso Developer

Position: Calypso Developer (5+ Years)

Location: Dubai (Onsite)

Budget: AED 22k to 25k AED

Notice Period: 30 days or lesser

Role Overview

● 5+ years of hands-on Calypso experience

● Strong understanding of Calypso architecture & APIs

● Good knowledge of Equity and Treasury products: FX/MM, Bonds, Repo, IRS, CCS, CDS

● Solid understanding of Trade Lifecycle, settlement, accounting, reporting, workflows, engines

● Experience with Front Office modules: Workstation, FO Workstation, Pricing Sheets

● Strong in Core Java and Oracle DB

● Good understanding of REST APIs

● Experience with real-time integrations (FIX, Kafka)

Good To Have

ERS/Risk, Limits, SA-CCR, FRTB What the Client is Looking For The client is looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in Calypso development, customization, implementation, and production support within banking or financial services environments. Candidates should be comfortable working on:

● Front Office enhancements and support

● Trade booking and pricing workflows

● Settlement and accounting flows

● Integration with external/internal banking systems

● Production issue analysis and resolution

● API and real-time messaging integrations Preferred Domain Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be highly preferred:

● Treasury & Capital Markets projects

● Investment Banking environments

● FX / Money Market products

● Fixed Income & Derivatives trading systems

● Real-time trading platforms and integrations Technical Expectations

The role requires candidates who can independently:

● Work closely with traders, business users, and stakeholders

● Understand functional trading requirements

● Develop and customize solutions within Calypso

● Handle Core Java development and Oracle SQL queries

● Support critical production environments

● Work effectively in an onsite banking setup
