Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of manpower camps accommodating 500+ workers
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness, safety, and overall workforce welfare
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Site teams on manpower movement and requirements
- Handle worker concerns, grievances, and daily operational matters professionally
- Supervise camp staff including cleaning, security, and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and local regulations
- Maintain accurate records related to occupancy, incidents, and camp activities
Key Requirements- Proven experience managing large manpower camps (500+ occupants)
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities
- Ability to manage a multicultural workforce effectively
- Fluency in Arabic is essential, with good communication skills in English
- Hindi language skills are an added advantage
- Physically fit and available for on-site camp management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
