Camp Boss

Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Camp Boss, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Camp Boss will oversee the daily management and operations of the accommodation facilities for staff, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, managing disciplinary matters, maintaining inventory, organizing food and supplies for the camp, and ensuring a secure living environment. The Camp Boss will also liaise with management and relevant departments to ensure the needs of the employees residing in the camp are met effectively and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in camp or facility management, including supervisory roles and managing large accommodation setups.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills to oversee operations and coordinate staff activities effectively.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as experience implementing quality standards for large facilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address employee concerns and resolve operational challenges.
• Proficiency in inventory management and logistical coordination, including food supplies and resources needed for smooth camp operations.
• Professional experience in the transportation or hospitality sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
