HR Executive (Camp & Office Operations)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for staff and labor (WPS knowledge required).
- Handle salary disbursement, payslips, deductions, and leave calculations.
- Supervise and coordinate camp operations, including labor accommodation, food, and transport.
- Maintain accurate HR records, files, and employee databases.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Support day-to-day HR office functions and admin tasks.
- Act as the liaison between site camp staff and management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and camp management.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Excel, WPS systems, and HRMS tools.
