About the Role

Our client is seeking a Camp Supervisor who is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation, discipline, safety, hygiene, and welfare of all camp residents. The role ensures that accommodation facilities are maintained in proper condition, company rules are followed, and occupants are provided with a safe, clean, and organized living environment.

About the Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's in any related course.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Camp Supervisor.
• Strong experience in managing and supervising a team.
• African experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication.

About You

• Camp Operations Management - Supervise daily camp ac vi es and ensure smooth functioning of all accommodation facilities.
• Health, Safety & Hygiene - Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the camp premises.
• Security & Discipline - Enforce camp rules and regulations in the camp as per management instruction and advised by authorities.
• Resident Welfare & Support - Address resident complaints, requests, and welfare concern professionally.
• Documentation & Reporting - Maintain updated records of occupants, visitors, incidents, maintenance requests, and inspections.
• Prohibition Policy Enforcement
• Coordination Duties - Liaise with HR, Administration, Maintenance, Transport, Catering, and Security departments.
