Campaign Manager
Mission
The Campaign Manager acts as the link between customers and the back-office operations team. They are accountable for the flawless execution of confirmed campaigns, ensuring seamless communication and delivering campaigns in line with the company's commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational execution of campaigns for multiple clients in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Interfaces with various internal contacts (Sales, Operation, Design, Accounting)
- Implements/Coordinates operations while respecting the mechanics, deadlines, and budgets (preparation of files, control, and validation of elements...)
- Prepare and formalize campaign specifications and operational requirements.
- Plan, implement, and coordinate campaigns while ensuring adherence to campaign mechanics, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare campaign files and oversee quality control and validation of all campaign elements.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Operations, Design, and Accounting.
- Monitor production, logistics, and statistical aspects of campaigns, including:
- Sending campaign documentation to clients.
- Database formatting and maintenance.
- Operational controls and alerts.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout campaign deployment.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding campaign progress.
- Resolve operational and technical issues that arise during campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign results and consolidate reports.
- Support the Sales team in preparing post-campaign reports and presentations.
- Manage and monitor the administrative and financial aspects of campaigns, including invoicing and campaign closure.
- Assist the Sales team in responding to customer requirements and requests.
- Coordinate directly with clients by:
- Providing advice and recommendations.
- Following up on campaign progress.
- Sharing regular updates.
- Ensuring overall client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
